The hotel is beautiful little and recently refurbished and housed in a beautiful building. The rooms here are absolutely perfect and clean. Location is excellent and wonderful, in the middle of jackson. Plus, it's in Haight-Ashbury district, very close to great coffee shops and bars.

Convenient location in the heart of Jackson, with a 24-minute drive to the airport. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the staff is friendly and accommodating 😊.

The hotel is conveniently located near various shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. Guests were impressed by the beautiful garden and decor. The staff was also kind and helpful, providing recommendations for local hotspots.

Nonetheless, some guests reported frustrating experiences with heating.

Easter weekend at this hotel was a great experience! The friendly staff recommended amazing nearby restaurants and even provided a kettle with cups for us to make tea. The stylish Victorian decor really added to the atmosphere of the stay, which was definitely the best aspect. Plus, the location was perfect: just a short walk away from Haight Street's shops and cafes and within easy reach of public transport options around the city.

We did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. the room was quite small which made it feel a little cramped at times.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we really appreciated the friendliness of the staff who recommended great restaurants and provided us with a kettle and cups for making tea. the decorations were really lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Another great aspect was the hotel's location. It was close to amazing shops and cafes, and we could easily catch the bus to travel around the city.

We did have a few negative experiences. Our room was tiny, and it felt cramped for our luggage and ourselves.
